You can always go to a supermarket to pick up all the groceries that you want. Prepackaged stuff is everywhere, frozen dinners are about as easy as you get, and you could live entirely off of microwavable food if you want. However, there are definite benefits to gathering food naturally or organically. Though sometimes those terms can be somewhat ubiquitous, at least focusing on the ideas of natural food production can help you gather your nutrition in a responsible manner.
